It’'s difficult, but taking this step is a sign of strength, bravery, and courage. I want to honor your decision to prioritize yourself and perhaps we can work together to achieve growth and self-improvement in your life.

As interdependent humans, everything we do is relational and connected and when we believe that we’re “sick” or “broken”, we’re often not questioning the systems of power and the cultures we grew up in. Our mental health does not exist within a vacuum. My primary work as a therapist involves providing affirmative care to queer, BIPOC, and neurodivergent folks who identify as people-pleasers, perfectionists, overthinkers, and struggle with anxiety. And, this is not all of the work I do.

Hi there, it’s great to see you.

how you love yourself is how you teach others to love you.”
